A hotel room is a peculiar place.
In a strange way it provokes a certain sexual energy. Maybe we percieve it that way because of the bed, as a dominant part of hotel furniture. Or because of a sense of privacy (for which we payed).
It is usually comfortable and clean, but we never feel completely mentaly relaxed. A huge number of people came through such a small space. It induces a sense of alienation, a feeling of mixture from all the energies and events compressed in a few square meters. We are/are not there. |
